1. Check your battery type: 36V Lithium/Li-Ion battery packs only

2. Check your connector: 5.5×2.5mm connector, mini 3 prong, 8mm 1 prong

How to use?

1. Check if the voltage,current and output port of charger compatible with your device.

2. Connect the charger to AC socket, LED turns GREEN.

3. Connect DC output to Battery. LED turns RED means fast charging.

4. LED turns GREEN from RED means battery full charged.

5. Disconnect the charger from AC and battery.

If it does not charge your battery, there may be one of the following reasons:

1. The charger is not suitable for your battery, please tell us the brand and model of your battery.

2. Due to the limited life of lithium batteries, Your battery is broken. If your battery has been used for more than 12 months or unused for 2-3 months, your battery might be damaged.

3. If The green light is on when the power is plugged in, but after connecting the battery, the green light will not turn into red, but still on green. It is because that the positive and negative(+/-) connector of our charger does not correspond to the positive and negative(+/-) connector of your battery. You can try to connect the charger to your battery from different interfaces.

4. If there was a green light when the power was plugged in. After connecting the battery, the light went out, it is because the internal short circuit of the battery, which causes the charger self-protection function.you’d better check your battery, or replace the battery.
